Halton Memory Cafe – Oakville
Reported
A welcoming gathering where people living with dementia attend with a care partner for connection, conversation, and light activities. The Halton Memory Café is a welcoming social gathering for people living with dementia and their care partners to attend together.
Each session offers a relaxed opportunity to connect with others, enjoy meaningful conversation, participate in light activities, and spend time in a supportive community setting. The Memory Café is not a clinical program or a formal education session.
It is designed to be friendly, inclusive, and comfortable for both the person living with dementia and the care partner who supports them. The goal is simple: to create a positive space where individuals and families can feel welcomed, understood, and less alone. Registration is free.
Space may be limited, and advance registration is requested so we can plan appropriately for seating, refreshments, and activities.
