Canadian Art Hop: In Conversation: Ali Cherri’s To Fall, Patiently

Join Oakville Galleries’ Interim Executive Director, Jenifer Papararo, and Public Programs & Engagement Manager, Isabella Springett, for a guided walkthrough of To Fall, Patiently, a solo exhibition by artist and film-maker Ali Cherri in Gairloch Gardens.

In dialogue, Papararo and Springett will guide visitors through Cherri's exhibition, taking a close look at each work and exploring the histories, landscapes, and material traces that shape the artist's thinking.

Through a conversational approach, visitors are invited to ask questions, share observations, and engage with the ideas that emerge throughout the exhibition. The tour will consider themes of memory, conflict, colonial histories, and our evolving relationship to land and material culture.
