Cookbook Club
Reported
A book club exploring food culture from around the world, with each session focused on a specific culinary theme. Participants choose a fiction or non-fiction book from a curated list, try out one or two recipes, and discuss their experiences together.
This month's theme is regional Italian cuisine. The organizers have created a curated list of cookbooks titled "Thyme for Italian" to match the theme.
Registration is required. Participants can review the program guidelines and frequently asked questions on the organizers' Program FAQ page, and access a list of curated resources on their website.
To cancel a registration, participants can log into MyEvents using their library card (or use the reference number from their confirmation email if they did not register with a library card), phone their local branch, or email oplreference@oakville.ca. Have ready the program title, program date, and names of registered individuals.
Access to facilities and programs may be affected by COVID-19 health and safety protocols. The town will follow all requirements and recommendations from Halton Public Health and applicable provincial regulations, and may impose additional requirements at its discretion. Participants will be notified if their registration is impacted by any changes.
