I am so excited to be hosting my very first Beginner Embroidery Workshop in collaboration with MOTW. This workshop is designed for anyone who has ever wanted to try embroidery but did not know where to start. No previous embroidery experience is required.
This is a hands-on workshop where I will guide you through the basics of embroidery from start to finish, allowing you to create your own embroidered piece while learning three to five beginner-friendly embroidery stitches along the way.
Your ticket includes one coffee from MOTW to enjoy during the workshop, making this the perfect opportunity to slow down, get creative and spend an evening doing something completely different.
WHAT IS INCLUDED Your $85 workshop ticket includes everything you need for the evening: • A complete embroidery kit to take home • Embroidery hoops • Fabric • Embroidery thread • Embroidery needle • Scissors • Step-by-step embroidery instructions • A custom stencil or design to work from (must email 48 hours before) • Tote Bag • 3-5 beginner-friendly embroidery stitches taught during the workshop • 2-2.5 hours of hands-on instruction and creative time • One coffee WHAT YOU WILL LEARN During the workshop, we will cover the fundamentals of getting started with embroidery, including how to prepare your fabric and embroidery hoop, how to work with embroidery thread and how to follow a stencil or template.
You will learn three to five different embroidery stitches and how they can be combined to create your own design. I will guide you through each step of the process, so you can work at your own pace while having the opportunity to ask questions and receive iBndividual guidance throughout the evening.
You will leave with your completed or in-progress embroidered piece, your embroidery supplies and the knowledge to continue creating at home. YOUR DESIGN I will have a selection of designs and templates available for you to choose from during the workshop OR SEND ME A CUSTOM DESIGN OR REQUEST!

It is an opportunity to step away from the everyday, spend some time creating with your hands and enjoy the process of making something yourself.
Embroidery is a wonderfully relaxing and accessible craft, and you may be surprised by how quickly a few simple stitches can turn a piece of fabric into something completely your own.
I am looking forward to teaching you, sharing my love of embroidery and creating a fun evening where everyone feels comfortable picking up a needle and giving it a try. I will also have a small selection of my handmade pieces available to browse and purchase during the evening.
