Canvas for the Soul is a women's self-care art workshop focused on relaxation, creativity, and connection through guided canvas painting.

Participants will explore self-expression and emotional wellness in a welcoming, supportive environment. The workshop emphasizes the creative process rather than artistic skill, making it accessible to all experience levels. No previous painting experience is required.
