Meditation for Mental Health

A trained instructor will lead this session, with ongoing online support available afterward.

The session covers yogic and meditation practices designed to support mental health and wellbeing. Nadi Shuddhi is a practice that works with the body's energy pathways to promote balance and psychological wellbeing. Isha Kriya is a guided meditation lasting 12–18 minutes that can be practiced at home, work, or anywhere, and is designed to be easy to learn.
