Brent Butt

Brent Butt is a stand-up comedian with a five-decade career, recognized as one of Canada's funniest performers. He has appeared at major festivals across multiple countries and was voted Best Male Stand-Up in Canada by his peers.

Butt created and starred in two successful sitcoms: CORNER GAS, which TV Guide readers voted "Funniest Show on TV" and which now airs in 60 countries, and HICCUPS, which won multiple Leo and Writers Guild Awards. He has also appeared in two theatrical comedy films — NO CLUE and CORNER GAS: THE MOVIE — and starred in four seasons of an animated TV spinoff.

His new venture marks a departure from his established comedic work.
