Big Ticket, Studio Sessions presents the Story Slam Series, celebrating a community that recognizes the dignity and worth of every person.

The series features storytellers sharing authentic, powerful narratives in an intimate setting with the audience. Each story is a soul-searching exercise, drawing on an intense creative process to craft and present a heartfelt narrative. As storytellers process their world, they can discover enlightenment through the act of telling.

The format is inspired by the three main stages of the "Hero's Journey," a narrative pattern identified by mythologist Joseph Campbell. Campbell asserted that storytelling and myths relate to our search for truth, meaning, and significance.
