Sound Bath & Energy Activation | Oakville

A 2-hour Kundalini Activation and Sound Bath session in Oakville, co-facilitated by Wafa and Abraham.

The session includes guided meditation, breathwork, gentle somatic movement, Kundalini Activation, and a live sound journey with crystal singing bowls and healing instruments. A sharing circle and integration period follow. The experience is open to all levels; no previous experience is required.
