Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival

The Banff Centre Mountain Film and Book Festival is held annually each fall in Banff, Alberta. The Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour brings selected films from the festival to over 600 communities in more than 40 countries.

Each year, the festival receives over 400 film submissions. Award-winners and audience favorites are selected for the World Tour, featuring documentaries and films about outdoor adventure, environmental issues, and action sports.

The 2025/2026 World Tour showcases mountain-focused storytelling and filmmaking from around the world.
