The Facilitator Exchange - community of practice networking meeting

The Facilitator Exchange 🤝 is an informal gathering for experiential workshop facilitators who design and facilitate custom, interactive workshops where participants—not the facilitator—do most of the thinking.

Attendees can swap tips and tricks with fellow facilitators, share what's working and what's challenging, and discuss what they're learning from the rooms they facilitate every day. Whether someone has facilitated hundreds of workshops or is just beginning, all are welcome if they believe in the power of bringing people together to solve problems, make decisions, and create meaningful conversations.

This is a conversation, not a networking event filled with business cards and elevator pitches. Attendees are invited to come curious and leave with new ideas, new connections, and hopefully new facilitator friends.

The host is exploring the idea of creating a regular community of practice for facilitators in the Mississauga/Oakville area and welcomes input on what would make it valuable.
