JB's Clambake for NKF

JB's Clambake 🦪 is a fundraiser for the National Kidney Foundation. All proceeds go directly to support kidney research and transplant assistance. Over the past couple of years, this event has raised over $3,500 for the cause.

The clambake includes one dozen clams, half a chicken, red bliss and sweet potatoes, grilled corn, coleslaw, rolls, and butter. Entertainment features live music, games, a 50/50 raffle, basket raffles, and contests.

Thursday, October 3rd, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Oakville Park Pavilion, 5875 Oakville Road, Mayfield Heights, OH. Cost is approximately $40–$45 per person.

The organizer is also leading a walking team (JB's Kidney Crew) at the NKF Kidney Walk on Saturday, October 10th at 8:00 AM at the Cleveland Zoo. Anyone who joins the team receives free zoo entry after the walk. Registration is available at kidneywalk.org/cleveland.

Basket donations for the raffle are being collected; donors become official event sponsors. Volunteers are also welcome. Those unable to attend can support the cause through monetary donations to the team fundraising page at kidneywalk.org/cleveland/Member/MyPage/10451401/Jesse-Mendoza.
