Voting Is Open in the 2026 Best of Oakville Readers' Choice Awards
Voting is open in the Best of Oakville Readers' Choice Awards, presented by the Oakville Beaver, and it stays open until September 25.
The ballot is broad. Categories are grouped into arts, culture and entertainment, automotive, food and drink, health, beauty and wellness, home improvement, kids and pets, services, shopping, and sports, recreation and fitness. A favourite mechanic, dentist or veterinarian is on the same ballot as a favourite restaurant.
Nominees were picked by readers in an earlier round of voting, so the shortlists work as a directory of businesses other Oakville residents already rate. Scrolling a category is a faster way to find a trades company or a foot care specialist than asking around.
Winners in each category are announced after voting closes.
