Ewa Antczak is a psychologist, behavioural scientist, educator, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience helping people understand their behaviour, manage emotions, strengthen resilience, and respond more effectively under pressure.

She is the Founder and CEO of Felixa Health, a behavioural intelligence platform designed to identify and shift harmful behaviour in digital environments.

Ryan Joseph is an artist, retreat host, behavioural therapist, and mental health advocate whose work explores the relationship between nature, creativity, emotional healing, and human connection. Born and raised in Canada, he now divides his time between Canada and Peru.

Ryan creates nature inspired art that reflects resilience, remembrance, and the connection between the Earth and human wellbeing. He also hosts retreats in Peru, creating safe and grounded spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, explore their personal stories, and develop a deeper relationship with nature.
