Call for Artisans | The Atelier: Craft Fair

Oakville Galleries is launching The Atelier: Craft Fair, a curated market of local and regional handmade goods, independently designed products, and creative gifts. The inaugural two-day event will take place December 5–6, 2026, at Oakville Galleries in Gairloch Gardens, offering artisans, designers, makers, and creative small businesses a platform to present their work to holiday shoppers.

Up to 40 vendors will be selected through a juried application process. Oakville Galleries seeks artisans whose work demonstrates quality, originality, artistic or creative merit, and thoughtful presentation. The selection will prioritize work that is handmade, independently designed, or produced by the applicant, with consideration given to the overall variety and balance of offerings.

Table options: Half table (36" W × 30" D) costs $160; full table (72" W × 30" D) costs $320. Optional wall space is available for an additional $40 as an add-on to a half table. Wall space is limited and cannot be guaranteed.

Event hours: December 5, 11 AM–6 PM; December 6, 11 AM–4 PM. Location: Oakville Galleries, Gairloch Gardens, 1306 Lakeshore Road East, Oakville, Ontario.

All selected artisans must participate on both dates. Vendors are responsible for their own displays, sales processing, packaging, inventory, and applicable taxes. Oakville Galleries takes no commission on sales.
