Stress Management and Emotional Self-Care in Spanish
This workshop will be delivered in Spanish.
A safe space for women to learn stress management and emotional wellbeing support. The workshop focuses on understanding stress, recognizing how it affects emotions and daily life, and exploring self-care practices for balance and support.
Participants will reflect on their own stress responses, learn coping strategies, and explore practical tools including breathing exercises, grounding techniques, and emotional self-care.
