Women's wellness circle
A workshop for women to unwind, connect, and explore self-care, stress, and emotional wellbeing in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
Participants will discuss topics including self-care, feelings, stress, and everyday struggles. The workshop aims to help attendees feel supported, listened to, and emotionally refreshed, while building confidence and positive relationships with other women.
