Mommy & Me Outdoor Pilates + Yoga 🧘‍♀️ A 45-minute pilates and yoga fusion class held all summer in a fenced backyard in Oakville. Fresh air, a sweaty workout, and coffee included with your ticket. 7th Annual HIIT Meets Flow

The 7th Annual HIIT Meets Flow 🏃 is a free indoor workout combining a 30-minute F45 Track HIIT session with a 30-minute Power Yoga Flow, hosted by F45 Joshua Creek and Power Yoga Canada Oakville. A live DJ will perform throughout. The event takes place on the artificial turf field at The Toronto Rock Athletic Centre in Oakville. It is open to ages 6 and up; younger children may watch from off the field. All fitness levels are welcome. Schedule: 9:30 AM — Arrival, parking, and waiver sign-in 10:00 AM — 30-minute F45 Track HIIT session 10:30 AM — 30-minute Power Yoga Flow 11:00 AM — Event ends Attendees should bring a mat, towel, and water bottle. Mindful Women's Walking Group

Attendees are invited to join a 45-minute guided mindful walk designed to slow down, connect with nature, and enjoy the outdoors. The walk begins at the Oakville office, where Social Service Worker students will welcome participants before heading out together to Hopedale Park. During the walk, the group will pause to notice the beauty around them — feeling the sunshine, listening to the birds, noticing the trees, and connecting with nature through their senses. After returning to the Centre, participants will enjoy coffee, tea, and conversation in a warm and welcoming environment. Open to everyone, whether looking to relax, connect with others, or simply enjoy fresh air.

Summer Sweat brings outdoor fitness classes to Towne Square every Saturday morning at 9 AM throughout the summer. Local fitness businesses lead sessions ranging from Pilates flows to high-energy spin, welcoming participants of all fitness levels. Scheduled classes include Via Pilates on July 25, Hot Yoga & Pilates on August 15, D Studios on August 22, and Two Sisters Pilates on August 29. Registration links are available for each session. The route is fast and beautiful — ideal for pursuing a personal best or enjoying a family day of active fun. The race begins at Shell Park, heads left onto Lakeshore Road, and winds through neighbourhoods south of the road before circling through Tannery Park and returning to the finish.
